Tonight was awesome! It started with my weekly ride with BNIB and ended up swimming in probably the best espresso drinks I have ever had in my life. Seriously.

Alex told me that tonight was the opening party for Handsome Coffee Roasters so I had to get there. If you don’t know what Handome Coffee Roasters is, it’s basically 3 of the best baristas / roasters / coffee geeks in the LA coffee game left where they were at to start the next big thing in roasting / espresso drinks / and cafe. Along the way to where they are, they gathered their friends who are pretty much equally phenomenal coffee wizards and brought them into the Handome family. It’s a bare bones operation as in just coffee / espresso drinks put in a ridiculously beautiful and meticulously crafter storefront that also sells the machines that can help you make the coffee at home as well. It’s exactly what one wants in a great coffee shop served by super nice baristas, I can vouch for them all personally. Get your asses down there and grab some awesome coffee.

I got to see a bunch of friends I haven’t seen in a long while, I met some new ones, and got a kickass birthday present, I’m not going to say what it is but I will say tomorrow’s morning coffee will be better than yours. Super good night on a bike, yet again, with some super good people.
