I’m still running and and I’m still riding but what I am not doing is posting here and I’m sorry for that.  I have an issue with my ear that I damaged the ear drum in a few years back in a cycling accident so I’ve been dealing with that.  I think I posted a bit earler about that so I won’t waste your time here with any more about it except for the fact that it seems to be getting better and soon I will be up and out the door on some good long runs and rides again and the stories will come a-flowing.  Until then, lets all go camping…..
